CASE FATALITY RATE
As seen Figure 5, case fatality
rate of the SEAR countries in 2006 is less than 1%. India, Indonesia,
Bhutan and Nepal
have case fatality rates above 1%. These countries need to further improve
case management of DHF/DSS to bring down CFR to below 1%. Table 3
